miss pole dance saWell done to ALL the ladies that entered Miss Pole Dance SA 2013.  Each year the competition presents more challenge, driving our motivation and passionate dedication of our favourite form of fitness…Pole Dancing!! Let this years’ Champions inspire us all to spin faster and climb higher as we all sweat to reach our greatest potential.

This annual event is attended by pole dancing enthusiasts from all regions of South Africa. Starting in 2006, the event has grown year-on-year in both prestige and popularity.

The aim of the competition is to increase public awareness about this amazing and addictive sport, but also to raise the standard of pole dancing through creativity and dedicated hard work.

Miss Pole Dance SA is affiliated with IPDF. The winner of the competition is granted entry to the IPC Semi Finals 2013.

Pole Trix Competition 2013 - Results

The Pole Trix Competition 2013 was completed on Saturday, 20 April. We would like to congratulate all the girls who competed as well as our own two Stars Anna-Marie Smit & Robyn Smith who represented La Rouge Burlesque Dance & Fitness. We are very proud of you!

Thank you to everyone who organised the event and “The Art of Pole & Sensual Fitness” for hosting this event.  A very big thank you as well to all who came out to support and cheer for the girls in the rainy weather.

PFASA Pole Fitness Competition 2013 - Results

pole fitness 2013The PFASA Pole Fitness Competition 2013 was a wonderful event and we would like to congratulate all winners and competitors that participated. As always the PFASA events leave us breathless, excited and wanting more. We hope that even more people are inspired by these amazing competitors and events to take up pole dancing.

The PFASA will help send the winners of the Gold, Mens and Duets division to compete at the World Pole Sports Championship held in London, UK in July 2013. The International Pole Sports Organisation regonises the PFASA Pole Fitness Competition as a Silver Competition and the competitors that placed in the top 3 qualify for a place in this prestigious competition. PFASA will sponsor the winners of the Gold & Mens divisions R3000 and the duet pair R4000 to compete, that is a total of R10,000 that PFASA is donating to the South African Pole Athletes.
